Programme participation collects the identity you register at ClaimYour.Gold and the earn events attributed to it — the verb, the surface, the campaign and the amount. That record is what makes a balance auditable.

Alliance and partner surfaces send earn events only. They do not transfer their customer data to us beyond the identity required to settle a balance.

We do not sell member data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not share balances or earn history with third parties except where required to fulfil a redemption or to comply with law.

Where redemption requires identity or eligibility verification, only the data required for that check is collected, and only for as long as the applicable rules require it to be kept.

Earn events are retained for as long as the balance exists, because the balance is the sum of them. Support records are retained for the period stated in the Service Promise.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the record-keeping obligations that apply to a settlement ledger. Requests are raised through Member Support.

Data protection enquiries are handled through Member Support. The named data controller is published on Trust & Controls once the operating entity is confirmed.
