Programme terms

Flashy Gold is a reward currency and settlement ledger operated within the Flashy Group alliance. Flashy Gold rewards are anchored to Real World Value. They are not backed by physical gold or bullion, are not a deposit, security or investment product, and confer no ownership of any precious metal.

Participation requires an account at ClaimYour.Gold and is subject to the eligibility requirements applicable in your jurisdiction. One identity holds one balance. Accounts are personal and may not be sold or transferred.

Gold is issued only against a recorded earn event on an alliance or partner surface. Earn rates are set per campaign and published with that campaign. Rate changes apply prospectively and never retroactively to gold already issued.

Your balance is held on the ledger against your identity and is visible at ClaimYour.Gold. A balance is a record of programme participation; it is not money, credit, or a claim on the assets of any entity.

The balance expiry policy is published on the Currency Policy summary and applies uniformly to all members. Any change is announced with notice on that page before it takes effect. [Policy text pending confirmation.]

The redemption marketplace is waitlist-stage. Redemption into Real World Assets, Experiences or Services becomes available only when the marketplace opens and supply is onboarded. Nothing on this site is an offer of redemption inventory, and no redemption date is promised.

Where a redemption is fulfilled by a supplier, that supplier is responsible for the asset, experience or service supplied, and its own terms apply in addition to these.

Earn events are final on settlement. Reversals are limited to fraud, error and duplicate events, are logged on the ledger, and are explained to the affected member.

Accounts may be suspended where there is evidence of fraud, automated abuse of earning surfaces, or breach of these terms. Suspension is notified and may be disputed through Member Support.

These terms are versioned and dated. Material changes are announced on this page with an effective date before they take effect. Continued participation after that date constitutes acceptance.

Balance disputes are resolved against the ledger record through Member Support, and the record is shown to the member. Governing law and forum follow the confirmed operating jurisdiction.
